Yes, single à la carte photo prints are available in a variety of sizes, so you can order just what you need. Digital downloads are also available for purchase if you prefer a digital copy of your student’s portrait.

Photos are securely kept online for up to 15 years, starting with pictures taken from 2020 onward. This gives families plenty of time to revisit and order prints even years after picture day.

Yes! If you place your order within 5 days of picture day, you will qualify for discounted pricing. We encourage families to order early to take advantage of this savings opportunity.

We want every family to be completely satisfied with their order. School and sports photos cannot be placed on the same order because different products and package options may be available for each. Please place separate orders for school portraits and sports photos.

The link to download your digital image is typically included in the order receipt you receive by email after your purchase. In some cases, if you have ordered retouching services or certain specialty products, the digital image may require additional processing time. When that happens, you will receive a separate email containing your download link, usually within 72 hours.

Our digital downloads are high-resolution files designed to provide excellent print quality. Most consumer printing services can safely produce quality prints up to 8" × 10". For the best color accuracy, sharpness, and overall print quality, we recommend ordering through PortraitPress.com.

Once your order is placed, our professional photo lab typically requires 24–48 business hours to produce your prints. After production is complete, your order is shipped via First-Class Mail.

Delivery times can vary depending on postal service conditions, but the United States Postal Service recommends allowing up to 14 days for delivery. Most orders arrive sooner, but we suggest allowing the full delivery window before reporting a package as missing.

Our Family Plan is designed to help families with multiple children save money. If you have three or more children attending the same school, you will only pay for two student packages. Simply place your orders as you normally would and then email your receipt(s) to support@Sheldon.net. Let us know that you would like to use the Family Plan, and we will review your order and issue the appropriate refund so that you are only charged for two packages.

If Sheldon School Pictures photographs every school in your school district, your children may attend different schools within that district and still qualify for the Family Plan. This allows larger families to enjoy the same savings even when siblings attend separate buildings.
